With two Master’s degrees in Luxury Marketing and Digital Communication and Social Media, I have over 10 years of experience in business, customer relationship management, marketing, and communication.
I started my career in the luxury industry, where I gained expertise in premium customer service. Later on, I worked as a Community Manager for French SMEs in ethical fashion and made in France, as well as for a beauty institute. These experiences allowed me to refine my knowledge of the fashion and beauty sectors and acquire specific expertise in social media management for these industries.
